Return & Exchange Policy
An item may be returned for store credit or exchange as long as it is postmarked within 7 days of the receipt that is emailed out from the order being shipped. (Store Credits are issued via email as a gift card.) The item must be in the original unused condition (this means tags still attached, unwashed/unworn, and in sell-able condition- no wrinkles, tears, stains, etc.) as originally shipped to the customer. Items not returned this way may not be accepted. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, no exceptions. Madsen & Co. does NOT cover any customs/international charges.
Please include the name you used when you placed the order. If you would like to exchange an item please let us know what size you would like to exchange for. (Please email at firstname.lastname@example.org) We will include a returns/exchange sheet in your order when it's packaged, which we ask that you please fill out properly at the time of sending an item back to us so that we can help you with what you need. (Subject to sizes and inventory available) Sale items/discounted items/orders, leggings and swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/exchanged. Discount codes/sales cannot be combined with future or past orders. Prices are as marked at the time of purchase- no price adjustments will be made.
After you place an order it will be processed within 24 hours unless your order is placed after 1PM MST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-10 business days at the longest but normally arrives within 3-5. Madsen and Co. Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once shipped. Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled!
